The Regional Distribution Center is run in strict accordance with stringent international and local quality management standards. The center is ISO 9001:2000 and GMP certified in all its operations and production processes. It has further achieved Good Storage and Distribution Practice, Singapore People Developer Standard, and is fully certified by the Singapore Health Authorities.

Built to leading specifications, the center provides a complete range of handling/storage equipment, while intelligent building climate control systems protect product integrity in air-conditioned and cold-room environments. A top fire prevention system, including in-rack sprinklers, and a comprehensive security system are also in operation.

There are dedicated areas and specially trained staff for sensitive services, such as clinical trial management and cytotoxics. These measures ensure that equipment, processes, and confidentiality are rigorously maintained.

To create pan-Asia consistency, a sophisticated regional quality management system has been instituted across all Zuellig Pharma sites, incorporating principals’ requirements, globally accepted international standards and local best practices that take in-country conditions and regulations into account. Adherence to these standards is supported by external audits conducted annually by Societe Generale de Surveillance (SGS).

In addition, continuous improvement is sought in staff, productivity and technology to further advance quality service in every area of operations.
