Cold-chain products demand that transportation and warehousing procedures are not only right some of the time, they need to be right all the time. From inbound co-ordination, storage and re-dressing, to shipment of finished products and in-country distribution, our cold-chain management smooths the way from supplier to customer. Rigorous temperature control throughout ensures regulatory compliance and patient safety while tailored project management accommodates individual shipment needs.

Our facilities offer cold-room (<25°C, 2-8°C, -25°C and -70°C) storage and employ the latest climate control technology. Re-dressing in a refrigerated controlled environment is also available. Safeguards during transportation include temperature validation studies for packaging, temperature tracking devices and data logging for monitoring. Ice-pack changes in transit, pre-uplift documentation inspection, and careful international carrier selection further increase protection.

Constant in-transit monitoring allows for intervention en route should problem-solving be required. Staff members undergo rigorous training in order to understand the techniques, pro-active measures and practices that cold-chain management involves.
